Message	Sales rep told me deposit was refundable if they did not pick-up my car by certain date. Date came/went and Sales rep no place to be found. Customer Service rep says he did no have right to make that deal. Had to stop payment on my CC. How can you have any pudding when you don't eat your meat? Pink Floyd-1979
